One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wind Of Roses sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Whatever Cake, Popsicle, Flying Free, Gorgeous Star, Wind Of Roses, Falling Queen, Modest Diamond, . Modest Diamond showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Flying Free looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Popsicle couldn't come out from behind the leader, Whatever Cake.




Flying Free accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Whatever Cake speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Wind Of Roses sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
