The weather had been good all week and Östersund was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Confident Bandwith sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

This is the positions after 500m. Fast Track Racer, Confident Bandwith, Rugged Fist, Atomic Kent, Been There, Strong Boulder, Wall Street Banker, Gigi.

Confident Bandwith looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Wall Street Banker couldn't come out from behind the leader, Fast Track Racer.

Gigi saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Five Of Clubs took the lead.

Five Of Clubs were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Tremendous Target won. Capriazzi came in second. Atomic Kent caught third place.
