The weather had been good all week and Lahti was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Face Time Bourbon sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Confident Legend quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Buried Alive took the lead rather easily. Union Francaise galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Buried Alive was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Face Time Bourbon gallopped for 40 m.



Buried Alive looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Showmemoney sprinted over the finishline before Buried Alive and Confident Legend.
