One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Soul found a gap and took the lead. Sweetest Thing Ever followed before Fliegend Umsonst. Apocalyptica was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




Fliegend Umsonst quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Sweetest Thing Ever galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Soul looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Kvarngärdets Stjärnglans couldn't come out from behind the leader, Fliegend Umsonst.




Fliegend Umsonst was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Neeskens gallopped for 50 m.



Fliegend Umsonst sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Apocalyptica made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Soul.
