The sun was shining on Umåker and it was a perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Grasping Madame tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Wolly Starlight that came steaming ahead. Grasping Madame quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Barefoot Madame sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Wolly Viper saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Wolly Starlight was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Wolly Starlight speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Wolly Viper won. Wolly Starlight came in second. Grasping Madame caught third place. Results
