One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Petite Boutique could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Happy Sparrow quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Petite Boutique accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Petite Boutique looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Expensive Passion galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Cliffs Of Gallipoli never caught up with Petite Boutique who won. Happy Sparrow came third.
