One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Golden Orchid sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Liz showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping. Shooting Plan quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Wolly Grove took the lead after 1000m. Fierceful Mountain didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Fierceful Mountain accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Fierceful Mountain sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Shooting Plan was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m. Fierceful Mountain kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Golden Orchid galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. Fierceful Mountain didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
