One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tazewell Amy Lore sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Jan-Olof Johansson wanted a little to much in the start and Fantastico galoped for 10 m. When the startcar left the field Fly Machine started to galop and lost 50 m.

Tazewell Amy Lore looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Whoop Whoop couldn't come out from behind the leader, Fly Machine.




Whoop Whoop looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Whoop Whoop didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Whoop Whoop kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
