The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Helpful Pirate started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Falling Band took the lead after 1000m. Regent Beim Einteilen didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Rick Ebbinge tried a little too much on the homestretch and Helpful Pirate started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Regent Beim Einteilen never caught up with Falling Band who won. Helpful Pirate came third.
