One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Herrhagens Leif was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




The leader got disturbed by something and Delpla took the lead rather easily.




Punching Asteroid looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Herrhagens Leif put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Herrhagens Leif kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
