The sun was shining on Dannero today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Kluivert took the lead after a very quick start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Pink Wardrobe was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Pink Wardrobe looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Castaway Pirate couldn't come out from behind the leader, Kluivert.

Kluivert kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Pink Wardrobe won. Kluivert came in second. Castaway Pirate caught third place.
