One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Columbus Pegasos tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Farfalle that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Rêve Royal, Aiello, Columbus Pegasos, Freed From Hell, Commander Rebel, Wandering Thinker, Farfalle, Amarone.




Commander Rebel sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Wandering Thinker saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Amarone suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Columbus Pegasos won the race after a spectacular finish.
