The sun was shining on Arvika and it was a perfect day for trotting. The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Ticking Needle tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Sudden Brightness that came steaming ahead. Powerful Work quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Wolly Brightness was disturbed and galoped 30 m. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Kaunaz saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Ticking Needle suddenly took over the lead. Powerful Work was first on the homestretch followed by Ticking Needle and Sudden Brightness.
