One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Expensive Lilac could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Expensive Lilac started to galop and lost 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Ice Eyes, Makes No Sense, Giggling Wind, Kromowidjojo, Elastomania Superior, Expensive Lilac, Walkshine Oxzygo, Le Petite Croque.




Giggling Wind looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Le Petite Croque couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ice Eyes.




Le Petite Croque looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Makes No Sense took the lead.



Walkshine Oxzygo was first on the homestretch followed by Makes No Sense and Expensive Lilac.






Makes No Sense won the race after a spectacular finish.
