One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Happy Sparrow found a gap and took the lead. Corn Flake followed before Protection Angel. Ville Nisonen wanted a little to much in the start and Mademoiselle C.C. galoped for 20 m.




Citizen Ardwick saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Glittering Carneval looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Protection Angel couldn't come out from behind the leader, Citizen Ardwick.




Protection Angel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Citizen Ardwick was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. With only a little left of the race Glowing Glam galoped for 10 m. Protection Angel sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Happy Sparrow won the race after a spectacular finish.
