One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Found The Space was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Birger Jörgensen wanted a little to much in the start and Found The Space galoped for 10 m. When the startcar left the field Magic Carbon started to galop and lost 50 m.

Starshine Knockout quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Little Needle took the lead after 1000m. Sombroek didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Stifling Sunset galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Sombroek saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Found The Space galloped for 50 m.

Sombroek sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Starshine Knockout sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
