Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Tornio track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dribbling Pain was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Shining Fabric sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Camorra Gangster who started to galop and lost 30 m. Courageous Strategy started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Dribbling Pain sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Dribbling Pain was still in the lead after 1500m. Dribbling Pain galloped for 10 m.



With only a little left of the race Dribbling Pain galoped for 30 m. Shining Fabric litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Dribbling Pain galop. Dribbling Pain lost 50 m.
