One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jacobine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Best Viking saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Helpful Frenzy sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Best Viking galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Helpful Frenzy followed by Jacobine and Another Way. Lane two Whoop Whoop followed by Pascal and Best Viking.



Jacobine was first on the homestretch followed by Whoop Whoop and Helpful Frenzy.






Whoop Whoop sprinted over the finishline before Helpful Frenzy and Jacobine.
