It had been raining for several days at Mantorp but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Goodbye Holly tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Arm The Homeless that came steaming ahead.




Funny Thing quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Pierantozzi sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Funny Thing accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



With only a little left of the race Pierantozzi galoped for 20 m. Funny Thing kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Pierantozzi made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Frozen Tiger.
