One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glorious Rocket could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Glorious Rocket started to galop and lost 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Crossing Witch sprinted to the front.




Glorious Rocket took the lead after 1000m. Crossing Witch didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Crossing Witch looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Inkas Mara gallopped for 50 m.




Mindblowing took the lead.



Mindblowing looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Mindblowing today who won before Crossing Witch and Glorious Rocket.
