One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Intelligent Admiral was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. This is the positions after 500m. Instant Repeater, Roar, Blach, Émilie, Scudetto As, Intelligent Admiral, Cry A While, Nettunio Vox. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Intelligent Admiral showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Nettunio Vox was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Émilie looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Scudetto As speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Blach galopped for 10 m on the homestretch. Joakim Lövgren tried a little too much on the homestretch and Intelligent Admiral started to galopp and lost 30 m. Roar won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
