One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Dribbling Pain sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Anna Mix Thornix quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Irrati looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dribbling Pain couldn't come out from behind the leader, Anna Mix Thornix.

One Armed Pirate accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

One Armed Pirate didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

One Armed Pirate looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

One Armed Pirate didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
