Start List
It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Mustang Rebel took the lead after a very quick start. Robert Bergh wanted a little to much in the start and Bold Rocket galoped for 50 m. There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. François sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Bold Rocket looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Bold Rocket were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Bold Rocket didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
