Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Eskilstuna track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Golden Winter sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Stopping Forest started to galop and lost 40 m.




Stopping Forest quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Niet Langer Vervaard who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Funny Thing sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.



Hlava Spoleèenské sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.






Funny Thing won the race after a spectacular finish.
