One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lady Nadja took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Pommerail, Chutes De Neige, Avril Amie, Castaño, Shining Gold, Lady Nadja, Skipping Sunflower, Shy Gentleman.




Skipping Sunflower looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Shining Gold couldn't come out from behind the leader, Pommerail. Chutes De Neige was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Skipping Sunflower saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Shining Gold gallopped for 40 m.



Pommerail speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Shy Gentleman sprinted over the finishline before Pommerail and Lady Nadja.
