One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Amélie took the lead after a very quick start. Moon Maker galloped way to long and was disqualified. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Steel Piece sprinted to the front. The leader got disturbed by something and Relaxing Ship took the lead rather easily. Steel Piece accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Steel Piece were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Relaxing Ship sprinted over the finishline before Jumbo and Steel Piece. Results
