One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ethan Kwame Colm found a gap and took the lead. Waiting Game followed before C U Later Alligator. Lustige Dinge galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Great Artist quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Great Artist clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Great Artist followed by Waiting Game and Ethan Kwame Colm. Lane two Pointing Godiva followed by C U Later Alligator and Travelling Cocktail.



Great Artist were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Waiting Game made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before C U Later Alligator.
