The weather had been good all week and Drammen was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





New Pony sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Rilassamento followed by Talkative Guy Moot and Mathematica. Lane two Outspoken Scout followed by New Pony and Maggiore.



Rilassamento were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Talkative Guy Moot didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
