The sun was shining on Rättvik and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Our Alice Lore took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Rüdiger started to galop and lost 30 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and U R Falling Short sprinted to the front.

Damwain took the lead after 1000m. Avulla Halu didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Damwain was still in the lead after 1500m. Nectarine started to gallop after 1500m and Jan Roar Mjølnerød had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Tamatea seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Avulla Halu suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Petter Lundberg tried a little too much on the homestretch and U R Falling Short started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Singing Meadow made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Our Alice Lore.
