One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gyökeres The Man took the lead after a very quick start.




Inkas Kangaroo quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Jérémy who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Inkas Kangaroo clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Inkas Kangaroo followed by Franz Jäger C.C. and Forgues. Lane two Gyökeres The Man followed by Jérémy and Sleeping Daffodil.



Inkas Kangaroo looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Forgues made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Jérémy.
