Rival Andersen found a gap and took the lead. Reden Sonnenschein followed before Close Rocket. When the startcar left the field Twobits Cherry started to galop and lost 10 m. Chambertin was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. When the startcar left the field Parel Van Goud started to galop and lost 20 m.

Reden Sonnenschein saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Kvarngärdets Bon Appetit started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Close Rocket looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Parel Van Goud couldn't come out from behind the leader, Reden Sonnenschein.

Twobits Cherry looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Mellby Sambuca couldn't come out from behind the leader, Parel Van Goud.

Close Rocket won. Parel Van Goud came in second. Twobits Cherry caught third place.
