The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Lahti today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Awesome Wide One could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Jere Hurme wanted a little to much in the start and Ransack Rollie Cherry galoped for 30 m.




Claretta saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Valley Of The Heart's Delight took the lead rather easily.




S.Ramos The Man saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Valley Of The Heart's Delight suddenly took over the lead. Awesome Wide One gallopped 50 m after 2000m.



S.Ramos The Man suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Lucinda Cherry won the race after a spectacular finish.
