One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Meet Me In Montauk tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Frosty Flower that came steaming ahead. Calming Muscle was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




Dark Freddie saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Relaxing Ship sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Relaxing Ship didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
