It had been raining for several days at Riihimäki but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Scarlet Fiesta could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Amazing Summer sprinted to the front.




Ciao Opal looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Scarlet Fiesta couldn't come out from behind the leader, Amazing Summer.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Amazing Summer today. It continued in the lead.



Amazing Summer were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Cappuccino won. Scarlet Fiesta came in second. Amazing Summer caught third place.
