The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Halmstad this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Trembling Lady sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Ghostly Spring galloped way to long and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Bold Rocket sprinted to the front.




Trembling Lady looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Ghostly Spring couldn't come out from behind the leader, Bold Rocket.

Bold Rocket won the race after a spectacular finish.
