It had been raining for several days at Karlshamn but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Pretty Fall sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Le Capitaine was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. Calatroni quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Le Capitaine who started to galop and lost 30 m. The leader got disturbed by something and General Folder took the lead rather easily. Françoise saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Françoise looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. No-one could catch Françoise today who won before General Folder and Pretty Fall. Results
