One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wondering Garden could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Unwanted Melody saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Pardon Me who started to galop and lost 10 m. A bird flew just in front of Thai Massage who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Unwanted Melody was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Flying Free looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Flying Free was still in the lead after 2000m.



Best Quality litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Flying Free won. Wondering Garden came in second. Best Quality caught third place.
