One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pozzecco sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Starshine Spring started to galop and lost 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Starshine Spring sprinted to the front. Pozzecco was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Starshine Spring was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Au Contraire accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Funky Ring gallopped for 20 m.



Au Contraire kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Au Contraire today who won before Starshine Spring and Pozzecco.
