One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Troubling Baby tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Rebellious Sniper that came steaming ahead. Climbing Crusher suddenly started to galop. Peter Grundmann had to struggle to get Climbing Crusher to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

Smicer De Sticky quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Smicer De Sticky was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Flower Fox galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Smicer De Sticky followed by C’est La Vie and Troubling Baby. Lane two Climbing Crusher followed by Olivia Lore and Aggressive Sniper. The Fiftythird State showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Smicer De Sticky kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Troubling Baby galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

With only a little left of the race Climbing Crusher galoped for 10 m. Smicer De Sticky looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Climbing Crusher never caught up with Smicer De Sticky who won. C’est La Vie came third.
