One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Beatrice Egli C.C. found a gap and took the lead. Van Den Hoogenband Superior followed before Polkamp.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Score Oxzygo sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Sincerita who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Žvegelj looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Nodisco couldn't come out from behind the leader, Score Oxzygo.

Score Oxzygo was still in the lead after 1500m.

Score Oxzygo kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Score Oxzygo looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Athletic Thinking sprinted over the finishline before Gonzo Globe and Score Oxzygo.
