The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åmål today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ferocious Crusher was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tripping Cupcake sprinted to the front. Plaxton was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Kookpunt sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Tripping Cupcake galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Brussel Mussel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Kookpunt galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Brussel Mussel was still in the lead after 2000m.



Brussel Mussel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Tripping Cupcake won the race after a spectacular finish.
