One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cool Mama could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Principe Di Volata clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Cool Mama suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m. Delta Wing showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Punching Blizzard clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.






Punching Blizzard never caught up with Cool Mama who won. Anapurna Superior came third.
