One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cutler Websters Law tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Rumbling Ship that came steaming ahead.




Still Vibing quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Fritze Wulff looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Corky couldn't come out from behind the leader, Still Vibing.



With only a little left of the race Corky galoped for 10 m. Still Vibing looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Lenglen couldn't come out from behind the leader, Rumbling Ship.






Cutler Websters Law won. Lenglen came in second. Rumbling Ship caught third place.
