Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Gävle track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gyökeres The Man tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Orodreth that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Diosa started to galop and lost 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Melk, Gyökeres The Man, Maximum Lizard, Crossing Crystal, Orodreth, Grasping Blossom, Happy Duchess, Aquile. Chantal galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Gyökeres The Man sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Gyökeres The Man today. It continued in the lead.



Grasping Blossom was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Orodreth suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Crossing Crystal never caught up with Orodreth who won. Gyökeres The Man came third.
