The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Lycksele today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Saapunki tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to G.S Wild Jewel that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




G.S Wild Jewel was still in the lead after 1500m.



Graffiti speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
