The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Mantorp today. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Glamorous Stardust was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Sourest Candy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Sourest Candy clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Spontané suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m. Gonzo Lady looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Lady Norge put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Spontané galloped way to long and was disqualified. Lady Norge kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Sourest Candy made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Glamorous Stardust. Results
