It had been raining for several days at Hastings but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tete De La Course C.C. took the lead after a very quick start.




Sénac saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Sénac was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Troca Hero Superior accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Troca Hero Superior didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Troca Hero Superior looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Troca Hero Superior kept the speed the whole finish and won before Ugly Duckling Superior and Sénac.
