The sun was shining on Bodø and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Parasélène sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Sir Lancelot was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Sir Lancelot was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Tenslotte Te Ster showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Parasélène was still in the lead after 1500m.



Betula Ermanii Japonica looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Parasélène never caught up with Betula Ermanii Japonica who won. Sir Lancelot came third.
