One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Devoted Star tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Heavenly Godiva that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




The leader got disturbed by something and Sassa Brassa took the lead rather easily. Heavenly Godiva was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Alessandro Gocciadoro tried a little too much on the homestretch and Devoted Star started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Sassa Brassa sprinted over the finishline before Heavenly Godiva and Ville De Lumière.
