The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åmål this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Le Déroff could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Big Dynamite sprinted to the front.




Prince Mighty took the lead after 1000m. Le Déroff didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Ivory Beauty accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Ivory Beauty kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Ivory Beauty today who won before Chourraut and Le Déroff.
